Among the many things I’ve been doing lately is gaining weight. In fact I’ve been doing a lot of that. It’s something that happens when you make the mistake of using food to treat how you feel. How much have I gained? Well, lets just say that you don’t want me falling on you anytime soon and leave it at that eh?
I’ve always been something of a “Carboholic”. Most of the foods I really enjoy the most are on the list of things that people who have a weight problem really should stay away from: Pasta, breads, assorted “goodies” and so on. I’ve actually looked at trying to figure out which are the best weight loss supplements that don’t cost an arm and a leg just to try to give myself a jump start at losing some of this tonnage.
Fortunately for me, I don’t normally tend to keep up such dietary nonsense like this for very long at a time. Then again, I’ve never been in this type of situation either.
They say time heals all wounds. What “they” don’t say however is anything that gives a clue about how much time.
