PIERRE, S.D., Feb. 24 — South Dakota lawmakers approved a ban on nearly all abortions Friday, setting up a deliberate assault on Roe v. Wade at a time when some activists see the Supreme Court as more willing than ever to overturn the 33-year-old decision.
Not only do I think it’s well past time Rov v wade was overturned, It looks like this is the first really serious attempt to do so in a Long time. You can bet that this one is going to end up before the Supreme Court.
When it finally does, I pray that this new law is allowed to stand. It’s past time something was done to stem the tide in the flood of unborn babies that are murdered every day
