In the " I didn’t expect this " department …
It looks like some of those savings have actually been passed on to customers. While 2.09 a gallon is still obscene, it’s at least a step in the right direction. All they need to do now is drop the price another 1.84 per gallon and it’ll be back where it ought to be.
