Ebates is one busy site. I guess the reason for it has to do with their
discount program. Basically they have made arrangements with quite a
variety of merchants to provide discounts in the form of cash back. The
way it works is you log in to the ebates website and then select a
merchant or search for a product. As long as you get to the seller’s
site through ebates, then you get credited for cash back on your
purchase. You can find coupons and special offers for various sellers,
and on Tuesdays they pick one seller and offer double the normal cash
back deal. The whole thing sounds to me like it’s got serious potential
for saving money on everything from digital
cameras to bathroom fixtures.
