The Supreme Court today narrowly upheld a nationwide ban on a

ever touchy abortion subject. Specifically, they upheld the "Partial
Birth Abortion Ban Act passed by Congress in 2003".
on the side of doing things righteously. I remember reading an account
of that ‘procedure’ and after having done so the one question I couldn’t
answer is why ANYONE would think it should be permitted and why people
who did it weren’t hauled into court on murder charges.
