I understand that Virginia is a cool place to live. According to fairfax real estate it’s really great. Their site gets right down to what they’re in business for, helping people in the buying and selling of real estate in Virginia.
They’re featuring home and condos in Fairfax VA. According to them these properties are a great bargain because the real esate market in that area has been slow for several years and is finally on the rebound.
Honestly, it does sound pretty good. The weather is moderate, there are mountains not very far from the sea and some spectacular ocean front properties. The Virginia suburbs is close to Washington DC with only a 30 minute commute.
Recreational options include snow skiing in the winter, all the usual ocean front boating and swiming options, golf and more.
