I’ve seen this question enough that it’s worth a few minutes to post an answer here. It usually goes something like this:

I’ve got links coming to my site from xyz porn site and / or this-n-that spamming scammer site Etc. Etc. Will these links hurt my pagerank since they come from “Bad neighborhoods”

The main concern about incoming links is that you want as many as possible from as many pages as possible. There is no such thing as too many links pointing to your site (as long as you’re not spamming them!). There is also no reason to be concerned if a questionable site links to you because you have no control over that site you cannot be held responsible for it’s content and what it’s webmaster does. You can only be held responsible for what you have control over, your own website, what others do is on them.
