The News Flash that Wasn’t

In the mind numbing world of the eternal “DUH” moment, I saw this little gem float to the surface in my email tonight:

MSNBC Breaking News: New U.S. report: Iraq government to become more precarious in
next 6-12 months.

Now I ask you, HOW can this be considered “Breaking News” by any stretch of the imagination? Anybody that hasn’t been under a rock or in a drug rehab for the last several years could tell you that the Iraqi government has been as precarious as it can possibly be since Saddam was taken out of power and thanks to all the bickering and fighting going on over there practically all the time, there’s not much chance of things changing for the better anytimg soon either.
