The Bible gives a very basic, yet sweeping guidline about how we should treat other people:
Matthew 7:12, “Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.”
It’s a really simple thought. If everyone were to think about the things that they do to others and ask themselves if they’d want somebody to do that same thing to them… and then NOT do those things that we wouldn’t want somebody to do to us… The world would be a lot happier place.
Think about it, just in the last week, have you done things to others that you wouldn’t want them to do to you?
