Backing up your faith

A lot of people when asked, will say that they believe in God and a lot of them will say that they even have faith in God. They’ll even tell you that having faith means that they believe what He says and trust in Him. But still, too many forget that for faith to have value you must base your actions on that faith:

James 2:20, “But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead?”

Simply put, If you have faith that God will provide your needs then you will act based on that faith and among other things, not worry and fear about the possibility of those needs not being met. If God has promised to take care of you AND you believe Him and have faith in His promise, then there is zero reason to fear and worry about failure.

If we are to say we have faith, then our actions and words must be based on that faith. We need to back up our faith with action
