… That is, if they can gather enough support to have enough majority to override another promised presidential veto. Monday Democrat leaders are supposed to meet with some Republicans to see if they can work out changes to the bill that will give more people incentive to support it.
Of course, “the Pelosi” managed to put their attempt out in the back yard in a canvas tent when she insisted on voting in spite of Republicans asking for more time to build support. I guess she doesn’t want some thing to work if it means cooperating with Republicans? Well I’ve got news for her, unless there’s a LOT of cooperation between parties there isn’t going to be much accomplished at all and it doesn’t matter how much “the Pelosi” likes it or not.
