That’s right. Now that Bill has started actively campaigning for Hillary I think it’s safe to say that the entire campaign is doomed. Sooner or later Hillary was bound to say or do something that would be the political equivalent of shooting herself in the foot (some would argue that she’s already done so … several times). However adding her husband to the campaign has pretty much increased the chances of one of them fulfilling that prophecy by a factor of two (or more).
One thing is absolutely certain. I cannot say just yet which of the many candidates stands as the best choice for president but I can say without hesitation that electing Hillary would eventually go down in history as one of the worst outcomes of a presidential election in the history of this country.
Oh, just to set the record straight, I’m not saying this because she’s a woman candidate. I’m saying it because I sincerely think electing THAT woman is a horrible idea.
