Infomercials, they're a weird breed because they're the kind of commercial that lasts for 30 to 60 minutes and usually covers the same basic materials four or eight times. Some of the ones that are a bit dizzying to me are the exercise machines that show up on late night infomercials. The treadmills are one thing, We've got one of those (I've even used it !?! I know, not recently.) then you get to some of these odd looking contraptions that are designed to work on this or that part of the body... stair machines, ellipticals, ab flatteners, thigh exercizers... you name it somebody is selling a machine to exercise it.
