It seems that the RIAA isn’t so wonderful about things now that the shoe is on the other foot and an Oregon Attorney General has requested information about their tactics. The part that I find really telling is the part where they’re so upset about this that they don’t even want the judge to read the request, let alone grant it.
Now I may be way off here but I rather doubt it. Whenever anybody is SO nervous about something that they don’t even want the judge to read the request I think that it’s time that not only the judge read the request, but that he grant it immediately.
