In addition to the claim, you also get a membership in The Society for Lunar Exploration and Development, which is an advocacy group concerned with the future of the moon and private ownership and development of lunar real estate.
SLED's goal is to get people back on the moon, apparently on a permanent basis, where owning lunar property will be a part of business as usual.
Hmmm... I wonder if I can get a few acres in an area that I believe is located roughly in the center of Tycho crater?

I have no intention of caring enough about leaving a moon home for my grandkids, so I think I’ll give that a skip for now and concentrate on getting something I can actually use. Like some petrol, almost the same price these days…..
