I just read a story on theWashington Post site about a case before a Maryland Court of Appeals that anyone concerned about the preservation of their First Amendment rights will be interested in following.

There’s actually a little bit of good news on the privacy front. The FTC actually earned some of it’s pay when they took the case of RemoteSpy keylogger software to US District court. The court then took the first step in actually banning the sale of such malware.

Recently I wrote about discoveries of Melamine and a related compound, cyanuric acid, that had been found in US produced baby formula. Now there’s a (FINALLY!) growing concern over the issue.
