« Gaming To Lose Weight My Freeroll Adventure »

Welcome back!

I know, I just posted about how the Nintendo Wii can be a really major boon to folks like myself that need to increase their physical activity in order to help them lose weight. What I should have done was taken a look at the next sale page over. That's where I found evidence that the Nintend people actually did have fitness at least partly in mind when they designed the Wii.

Not only does it have a wide range of activities designed to be part of a full body workout, it also handles the chores of tracking statistics and showing results over time.

It also means that you can save yourself potential embarrassment by being able to start your workout plan in the privacy of your own home. I don't know about YOU, but *I* don't fancy the idea of being anywhere public while I attempt any kind of workouts. I can quite do without all the wonderful little comments and snickering that any overweight person gets when they are first starting out. Lifelong skinny people for the most part don't get it that stuff like that has caused a lot of obese people to just give up and stay home because they just can't stand to hear one more stifled laugh when somebody sees their attempt at a workout.

Yeah, I once, yes only once tried the exercise routine at a public place. The skinny twits refused to get off of the bikes to let any one else try them, so others were reduced to having to jog on a treadmill, or use that stupid belt that makes all off your fat wiggle. I canceled my membership and explained why and who. Maybe they do that because they do not want anyone to get skinny and become competition against them. Other wise, I don’t know.
