Second Chance To Stop Obamacare!

March 25th, 2010 | Posted in Current Events, News, Opinion, Politics | 2 Comments

I just now saw a Breaking News item from Fox News that is of interest to all of us that would like to see Obamacare stopped.

According to the article, two of the provisions in the bill, which involve Pell grants for low-income college students, will have to be removed because they violate budget rules.  The bill will then have to be passed by the Senate and the House and Obama will have to sign it into law.  (though I’d love to know what the hell Pell grants have to do with health care!)

This is a prime opportunity for CongressCritters in both houses to right a disastrous wrong and stop this monstrosity from becoming the law of the land.  It’s time to put the pressure on and let these idiots know just how much we DO NOT WANT this piece of shit.

Maybe, just maybe, if 300,000,000 people scream “NO!” loud enough and long enough Washington will get a clue and try doing what WE THE PEOPLE want for a change.  You know, their job.

Then again, knowing how things work, I’m not gonna hold my breath waiting for it to happen.

The next thing to do is get started with the task of Impeaching Obama because, among other things, he is not eligible to hold that office.

  1. Yeah, cause people dont get sick, you know?

  2. No.  Because Obamacare is the worst thing that anyone has ever tried to ram down the American throat.  We DO need health care reform, we need it very much.  However Obamacare is NOT the answer.  A real answer would take control of medical costs and do something to take insurance companies and the government OUT of the decision making process that rightly belongs between the doctor and patient only.  It would also do something to lower the cost of prescription medicines and necessary medical treatments & surgeries.  It would address the real roots of the problem which are centered on insurance companies, pharmaceutical companies and the long overdue often promised but never produced tort reform.

Besides, Obama is not even a natural born citizen of this country and therefore cannot legally hold the office of president.  This means that anything he does as president is invalid.
