It seems that the whole Marvel Universe is coming to film one movie at a time.  Iron Man 3 is in the works and Director Jon Favreau is apparently planning to have “The Mandarin”, one of Iron Man’s arch enemies as the villain in it.

The movie isn’t set to begin production for a while, apparently they’re going to wait a bit for the “Avengers”, “Captain America” and one or two others to see how things shake out with Tony Stark before they decide on the exact script.

However, once again the director of a film is planning to take steps to change one (or more?) of the characters that he’s working with.  Why can’t they just not mess with things that work?
