Losing It About NOT Losing It
Sometimes I get on the scale, look at the result, and feel like I’m gonna scream loud enough to be heard in orbit. Losing weight has been an uphill fight every bit of the way.
I’m starting to give serious thought to trying to find affordable weight loss pills that work on diabetic people. Why? Because in the last year, I have managed to lose all of about twenty pounds.
No matter what I do it’s this very slow fight. I know it would be faster if I could work out on a regular basis for at least 20 minutes at a time, four or five days a week. Unfortunately I can’t.
I don’t have the endurance to last that long right now. This means that I have to continue with the slow progress until I reach the point of being able to do better workouts. I’m starting to wonder if the pills would help me get there sooner.
