I don’t see many of these… An actual news story about privacy being protected instead of having another hole blown in it.  Kudos to the New Jersey appellate court.

I can’t help wondering where Arkansas stands on this subject.

Court Finds NJ Users Can Expect Privacy from ISPs

NEWARK, N.J. (AP) — Computer users in New Jersey can expect that
personal information they give their Internet service providers be
treated as private, a state appellate court decided Monday in the first
such case considered in the state.
