Well, the music industry has proved that regardless of anything else,
they don’t listen to anyone who isn’t spouting their approved "DRM
fights piracy" lines.

Just recently Steve Jobs told the music industry that iTunes would drop
the use of their own DRM and allow the servie to work with other players
besides the ipod. What does the Music industry do? They turn around and
say that Apple should open it’s technology.

"Hello, McFly?" (rapping on head gesture) Is anybody
home up there? Jobs just told you he wouldd do exactly that if you’d
drop the DRM.
