Oklahoma bill makes juvenile records available without court order
I think someday we’ll find out just exactly how totally brain dead
lawmakers are capaple of being. Until then, this will qualify as a
leading example.
In todays world where privacy has to be fought for at every turn,
Oklahoma Senator Don Barrington decides that it’s just a peachy idea to
make juvenile records available without having to mess with that pesky
thing called ‘due process’ where they have to convince a judge there is
a legitimate need and get a court order.

juvenile records available without court order
OKLAHOMA CITY Confidential juvenile justice records would be
available to federal officials without them getting a court order
under a bill passed by the state Senate.
