Well, sorta.  I know this article said that these were “never-disclosed figures”, but why is it that they seem so incredibly familiar?  I KNOW I’ve read the claim, that fewer than 100 people inside the US have been monitored, sometime in the last year or so.  (Too bad I don’t have a URL for a quote)

As for the rest, I don’t know what he told that Texas newspaper, but the part that appears in this story is old news.
